These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchReady Shopify application ("LaunchReady", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using LaunchReady, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LaunchReady is a product listing audit and optimization tool for Shopify merchants. The App provides features such as:

• Product and catalog audits
• Readiness checklists
• SEO previews
• AI-assisted content suggestions
• Bulk and automated fixes
• Catalog standards enforcement
• Version history and rollback

LaunchReady operates only within the permissions granted by Shopify and the merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Have a valid Shopify store
• Have authority to install apps on the store
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service

By using LaunchReady, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all changes before applying them
• Ensuring generated content complies with laws, platform rules, and brand guidelines
• Maintaining accurate product information
• Verifying AI-generated suggestions before publishing

4. AI Features

LaunchReady includes optional AI-powered features.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
• All AI output should be reviewed before use
• You remain responsible for final published content

LaunchReady does not train AI models using merchant data.

5. Subscription, Billing & Trials

LaunchReady may offer:

• A free plan
• Paid subscription plans
• Free trials for paid plans

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system.

• Charges are recurring unless canceled
• Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Plan features and limits may change with notice.

6. Usage Limits

Certain features may be limited based on your plan, including:

• AI generation credits
• Bulk actions
• Version history retention

Exceeding limits may require upgrading or waiting until the next billing cycle.

7. Data & Content Ownership

• Merchants retain ownership of their store data and content
• LaunchReady does not claim ownership of merchant content
• Generated content belongs to the merchant once applied

We may temporarily store data to provide app functionality.

8. Data Privacy

Use of LaunchReady is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.

9. App Availability & Changes

We may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features
• Change pricing or plan structures
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

We are not liable for downtime or feature changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LaunchReady is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost revenue, rankings, or data resulting from use of the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchReady from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Content you publish
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

You may stop using LaunchReady at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• Required by law or Shopify policies

Upon uninstall, access to the App ends.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
